Dr. David Augustine has been performing vasectomies since 1992. He graduated from The University of Iowa with a bachelor in Biomedical Engineering. He went on to complete his doctorate in Medicine at The University of Iowa. He completed his Family Medicine Residency in Midland Michigan. He is board certified in Family Medicine and holds certification as an Aviation Medical Examiner.
