For over thirty years, Dr Augustine has been performing no-scalpel vasectomies with one simple puncture to perform the procedure. Over 95% of the time both of the tubes (vas deferens) can be accessed through the same small puncture and no stitches are required in the skin. On rare occasion, two small punctures are required.
